MESMO, Inc. contracted ATC to do Business Development and Capture services during the 2015 fiscal year. Throughout that time, they provided stellar Business Development and Capture services. In the highly competitive federal contracting industry there are multiple barriers to entering into new markets and new federal agencies, which ATC was able to navigate efficiently and effectively. This dynamic would present a challenge to even the most seasoned business development and capture professionals; ATC’s consummate professionalism and tenacity has served MESMO well. ATC was instrumental in not only introducing MESMO to two new federal agencies but expertly navigating the procurement process and landing two new contracts one with the Defense Intelligence Agency and one with the Department of Homeland Security.
